A Regency Staffordshire china part tea service with floral painted and gilded decoration, comprising eleven tea cups, eight coffee cups, eighteen saucers, two dishes, slop bowl, milk jug, sugar basin and cover and teapot (latter restored)
Overall good condition - painted aspects still colourful and bright, gilt in places has minimal wear commensurate with use. Teapot - repair to lip of spout, crack and repair to base of teapot
1 saucer - slight dimple/rough area on underside edge, appears to be under glaze
Bowl -some surface scratches to outside of bowl
1 coffee can - hairline cracks, approx 1inch and 2inches
Some further hairline cracks, to base of cup bowl
Sugar pot - crack from rim edge - hairline crack on body of bowl, crack around underside/base, 3/4 way round
Jug - 1 inch hairline from edge of pouring lip, 1 x saucer - 1 inch hairline from rim edge, 1 x saucer - area of stained crazing, approx 1 inch, 1 x saucer - 3mm scratch to painted aspect. 1 x teacup with minute chip to rim (could just be gilded edge as very tiny but feels rough); 1 teacup with small chip to rim; 1 teacup - chip 1cm diam on outer edge of rim, small hairline cracks on inside of 3 cups
